RE: Unable to set regarding field in emails with certain Security Roles

Many thanks for that. Worked a treat. Although it has now raised another issue. When I go to complete the email in the activity section, I get am error telling me that I cant use the complete action with emails. I know that when I choose to convert the email to a case it will do it automatically. But how can I do it manually. Or should I start a new post?
