Thanks so much. When I launch Outlook, the Dynamics CRM Online login box does pop up. It puts in the username from the old organization and when I change it to the new one, it wont' authenticate. This was the same issue I had with another user on the same network and organization. I fixed it by going into her configuration wizard, removing the old org and adding the new one.
Fortunately her config wizard ran fine, for this user though it just won't ever start. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times, but that hasn't worked.
