Hi. I have built workflow to automate the processing of a case in CRM 2011 On Premise.
I have a field called Case Status which gets updated as the case progresses. One of the Case Status values is "Cancelled". I want workflow to cancel the case no matter where it is the resolving of the case if this value is updated to "Cancelled".
I could put a "If statement" before every place the workflow is doing any updating but I wanted to know if there is an easier way.
Any ideas?
