Hi,
We are having CRM 2011 Email router(Ver: 5.0. 9690.2839 UR11) installed, Incoming(Exchange Online) and Outgoing(SMTP) profiles are getting test access successfully, but emails are going in state 'Pending Send'
Please find below Event I got :
#61346 - An error occurred while checking for outgoing e-mail messages to process for SMTP: http://*.*.*.*:5555/abcd/. System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault]: The given key was not present in the dictionary. (Fault Detail is equal to Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault).
Please suggest.
