Yes we did update with the roll up and that was when the problem occurred. All we get now is the first line of each note but our way of working is to write extensive notes to cover the history/development of the project lead. We need to print our the 2/3/4 pages of the Opportunity to take to meetings - especially with the client teams - so that our people are as up-to-speed as possible with all the happenings. I did not reply sooned because I was told from our IT person that there would be a correction by end April. is that still ON??
