Hello,
I am trying to set up 2 workflows; one that sends an email the user that created the case when the case is reassigned and one that sends an email when the status changes to resolved. I can see that the workflow is initiated; however it does not consistently succeed in sending an email.
When I open the system job, I see the error “Cannot Create an Activity Party of the Specified Object Type”. How can I resolve this error?
