Hello - It appears that CRM is currently corrupting all of the attachments in Prod. I can successfully upload several different file types. However, I see the following results when I try to download the files:
* .msg (outlook message) - error message: "Cannot open file....The file may not exist, you may not have permission to open it...."
* .xlsx - error message: "Excel cannot open the file 'Pending Changes.xlsx' because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file."
* .txt - file opens but there is a 7 at the top and a 0 at the bottom
Have you ever experienced this before? Based on these symptoms what kind of issue does this appear to be and how can I fix it?
