Changing the full name format in Outlook

Hi all,

I've been trying to figure out how to update the full name format for Contacts that get synched to Outlook. Right now our Contact names appear as Salutation, First Name, Last Name, Suffix. We'd like their names to appear as Nickname, Lastname. 

Does anyone know if this is possible/how to customize this?
