Hi
We are a Microsoft Partner with an Office365 E3 subscription and a Dynamics CRM partners trial. I am a global administrator for Office365.
Dynamics CRM launches fine from within Office365, I can see my user account and I've added roles to the account. However when I try to connect the Outlook 2013 add-in to CRM I keep getting an access denied error:
16:03:18| Error| Error connecting to URL: mydomain.crm4.dynamics.com/.../Discovery.svc Exception: System.ServiceModel.Security.SecurityAccessDeniedException: Access is denied.

I've spent some considerable time on this so far today and am now pretty frustrated. These are some of the things I've tried:
1. Removed all credentials from the Manage Credentials in Control Panel, rebooted.
2. Repaired the live essentials and live login assistant and rebooted
3. Uninstalled and re-installed CRM admin
4. Checked my office365 login address is a verified live ID.
5. Checked Dynamics CRM is set for the same timezone as my local PC
6. Assigned all roles under Manage Roles to my user account, which also has System Administrator role
I've run out of options, not to mention patience. Can anyone suggest a course of action to resolve this that I haven't tried.
