I have tried 3 times to import my client data into CRM. I have watched the videos, and found some tutorials on YouTube. Each time, after I map the fields and import the data, on my Accounts records the "Account Name" is blank, and my Contact records have a blank Company Name.
These fields WERE mapped during the import process. I am getting extremely frustrated. I am not a neophite when it comes to technology (although I am not a programmer), but I can't get this to work.
This is not a complex import. I have roughly 500 Records. Two .csv files (one for accounts and one for contacts). Names, mailing address, primary contact, and email address is about all I am importing.
Any thoughts on how I can troubleshoot this? As I said, I have read the help files, gone through tutorial videos etc... still the same results.
