I am trying to find a solution for e-mail processes in CRM where I want to send emails automatically from another user in the CRM which has another e-mail address in Outlook.
To be more case specific, In my Outlook I am responsible for two emails, my regular email and also the support email. In the CRM-system, the Support is its own user and I have tried to assign support as being the automatic "sender" for emails to customers regarding cases. However, the support email will not send them but it works when I set my regular mail as sender.
Any ideas on what I can do? Is there any settings in Outlook, CRM or Office365 that I can do?
