I have had several requests from Sales and Marketing departments to add documents to entities. For example, Marketing would like to have the completed branding agreement added to the Account screen and the Sales department would like to be able to add our Stocking Requirement agreement. Neither one of these documents fall under what would be considered "Sales Literature" in CRM-- they will be customer specific.
I am trying to figure out the best way to add these to the system so that all the information about a customer can be in one place (perferably the Account). Can anyone think of way to accomplish this?
I do not want to add these documents in the notes section.
