20 people should be no problem. I was thinking if you had hundreds of people, then you would not want to send that many Emails out of outlook.
One thing I was thinking, is you might want to edit the individual Emails PER PERSON, in which case, you cannot use this method. With this method, you are sending one Email to all.
So, the first thing you need to do is set up your quick access toolbar in outlook (see image below). This is tricky because there are many Send Email options to add, so you have to find the right one. I think it is under Contacts. But when you run your mouse over it, the button says Email (NewMessageToContact).
Then you just do the following:
1. Go into your CRM contacts and select the ones you want to send an Email to.
2. Click the Email button the quick access toolbar. This will populate the selected contacts Emails into the To: field of a new Email. (Note, if this does not work, you have the wrong Email command button on your Quick Access toolbar).
3. Then in order to get a template in this Email, you need to Track the Email in CRM, and then insert a template (on the top right).
4. From there, you can of course move the individuals from the To into the BCC field and modify the template before sending.
