RE: CRM 2011 for Outlook is crashing Outlook

Can you please confirm if the issue is happening for only 1 user or multiple users in your environment?

Also, I see that you have already tried reinstallation, but did you delete the remnant files manually?

Can you perform a uninstall one more time, then follow the steps below to clean up the environment of any remnants, try the install again and the crashing issue should be resolved.

Delete the below mentioned Registry Keys

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSCRMClient

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSCRM

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSCRM_Setup

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSCRMClient

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\MSCRM

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\MSCRM_Setup

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\MSCRMClient

Delete the MSCRM Folder from "C:\Users\<Logged_in_User>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft" and "C:\Users\chiragbh\AppData\Local\Microsoft".

Delete the installation Directory for MSCRM outlook client, by default it is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics CRM" on a 32 bit computer and "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics CRM" on a 64 bit computer.
