Thanks very much. Should have noticed the drop-down box. Maybe you could help me with a subsequent problem. I had a test account in Dynamics Online, which I abandoned when we went live with another account name. Whenever I try to sign into the new account, it denies me saying that my old account credentials are not approved by the new account. I log out, and then I can log in just fine. Annoying, but not too major.
However, once I got past the step of choosing CRM Online to finalize the link between Outlook and Dynamics, I could not log in. I expect it was the same problem. Any idea of how I can erase any trail to my old trial account in CRM Online? Thanks.
