Hello,
I already readed documentation about setting up Business Units, Teams, and security roles. It's more or less ok.
But how to proceed when you don't know how your company is organised, working without been able to ask to someone that should know (assume)?
I mean, their is the technical part to install, customize, MSCRM (understanding security roles and so on...),
but without management&sales process&marketing or whatever... skills, it is not possible to define a BU/Teams/Security strategy.
I am looking for help, would appreciate some illustrations, images, diagrams, everything that will be vizually understandable for someone not involved in the technical part.
