The answer I got to the ticket i submitted from the portal.microsoftonline.com was this:

You can also open a service request with Office 2013 team, by following the steps here:

So they can't give me any support for this case. If I open a service request with Office 2013, it costs 259.00 USD to make it. Are you telling me that I need to pay that much money to get this fixed or is there any other place I can get help for this?
