Unable to Login in Production CRM Server

My production CRM user are not able to log in to the system,

when I enter my URL it gives me attached issue.

As a solution, we have tried

1. using web config files of testing CRM &

2. Restoring database of testing server. But was of no use.

3. we ran through repairing CRM by the setup file. All my users are sitting, pls reply on the urgent basis.
