I had one of my team members start he case but I had to take over as he could not fully replicate my problem. I'm the only one on my team that uses tasks synced with CRM as extensively as I do (50+ tasks scheduled at any one time).
Anyway, that number is from a subject line of a forwarded e-mail from my team member prior to my taking over -all of my correspondence was without reference to a case # -odd.
