While trying to install Dynamics CRM 2011 I get the following error "The Account Specified for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application is not valid - The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to".
I really don't know what account may be locked out here and neither do I know how to solve this problem to install Dynamics.
I using service accounts that have admin rights on the server where I am installing Dynamics and the CRMAppPool IIS Application Service Account in the Performance log group.
Also the Installation Account, the Deployment Web and the CRMAppPool IIS Application Service Accounts are local admins on my sql server and have SA admin rights.
Can you tell me what I am missing and who to fix it so I can successfully install it.
