Hi,
the problem must probably be solved by this time, but I am answering it anyway as long as I've just got the same error and got a solution.
My system was OK up to I create a new user.
In my case, the new user I created was the one being used by the CRMAppPool and CrmDeploymentServiceAppPool.
At the very moment the user was created I lost Access to the system, so the Trace looked like the one posted here on which the user had no privilege (Roles) assigned to it.
So I changed the CrmPools Identities to use another user (NETWORK SERVICE), followed by an IISRESET in the CRM Server and the system magically got available again.
