Update to your last corrective action on the Notes entity in CRM and their relationship to the “Case” object, the notes are no longer changing ownership based on case assignment, but they are changing when a user opens a case and selects a note and copies the text in order to paste it someplace else (say into an email – not into CRM) once they click copy, the name displayed is changed to their own and the date/time stamp is updated to show they “changed” the note even though they only highlighted and Copied its content.
Any solutions for this?
