There is a setting in the email tab of System settings if you are to allow emails from unknowns into the system. This needs to be enabled. This should work.

What is the best practice for assigning an entity to another user on CRM 2011?

If i assign a lead or opportunity to another CRM users, will this mean that all other related entities like account or contact will be assigned as well? Or should each entity be assigned individually?
